Narrative:
On October 1, 2019, a Ventura County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputy assigned to the unincorporated area of Oak Park began investigating a rumor of an adult female sexually assaulting a 14 year old male in September of 2019.  The East County Investigations Bureau Major Crimes Sexual Assault Unit was advised of the investigation and worked with the patrol deputy to conduct multiple interviews.  Though their investigation it was discovered there was a second victim and numerous calls for service at A-Utz’ residence.  These calls for service included juvenile disturbances, found runaways, juveniles in possession of and smoking marijuana, high school age parties, alcohol being given to minors by A-Utz, and reckless driving.   . 
 
On October 9, 2019, A-Amalia Utz was arrested by the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office for 288(c)(1) PC – Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a minor and 287a(b)(2) PC – Oral Copulation with a minor under 16.  Utz was booked into the Pre-Trial Detention Facility, with a bail set at $20,000.  Utz posted bail and is scheduled to appear in court on October 25, 2019.
