Daniel Hernandez is arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats and felony vandalism

LOCATION: 10 block of Rosie Hock Rd, Havasu Lake
SUSPECT: Daniel Hernandez, 30 year old resident of Havasu Lake
VICTIM: Confidential
SUMMARY: On Sunday, October 13, 2019, at about 11:15 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station responded to the 10 block of Rosie Hock Rd in Havasu Lake following the report of a disturbance. When deputies arrived, they determined the suspect who was later identified as Daniel Hernandez, slashed a tire on a vehicle, threatened the life of the victim and then lunged toward him while holding a knife.
Hernandez left the scene prior to deputies arriving but, was later located at another residence in Havasu Lake. Hernandez was arrested and booked for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Threats, and Felony Vandalism. Hernandez is currently being held in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department on $50,000.00 bail pending a court hearing.
