On 10/12/2019, at about 9:00 p.m., Kern County Sheriff's Office deputies assigned to the Ridgecrest Substation conducted a probation search in the 900 block of East Franklin Avenue in Ridgecrest. During the search, deputies located 72 grams of methamphetamine, 20 grams of black-tar heroin, and items of drug paraphernalia. Deputies arrested Paul Duff (51-years-old) on numerous felony and misdemeanor charges. Case number 2019-00165932.
