INDIANAPOLIS - IMPD Missing Persons Unit is attempting to locate 48-year-old Loretta Bullens. Ms Bullens was last seen on October 10, 2019 and suffers from Dementia. She may be in need of immediate medical assistance. Ms. Bullens was last seen wearing purple pants and a purple shirt.
