Albert Costa is arrested for residential burglary

INCIDENT: PC 459 – Residential Burglary
LOCATION: 7700 Block of Lion St, Rancho Cucamonga
SUSPECT: Albert Costa, 21-years-old of Rancho Cucamonga
SUMMARY:
Deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to a call of a suspicious person exiting a garage who appeared to be concealing something in his waistband. Deputies located a man walking near Church St. and Hellman Ave. Albert Costa matched the description of the suspicious person. Deputies contacted the owner of the home who reported two power drills were missing from his garage. Deputies searched the bushes where Costa was walking and located two power drills with the victim’s name on them. Costa was identified as the person exiting the garage and was arrested. He was booked at the West Valley Detention Center where he remains in custody.
