Wilmington Police arrest man on gun charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on gun charges.
On October 6 at approximately 9:02 p.m., a police officer on proactive patrol in the unit block of West 29th Street observed 20-year-old Davine Boyce acting suspiciously. As the officer attempted to make contact with Boyce, he fled on foot. He was taken into custody without incident shortly thereafter by assisting patrol units. He was found to be in possession of a loaded .380 caliber handgun.
Boyce was charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
- Resisting Arrest
