Expect delays at intersections in the PSPS impacted areas due to traffic signal outages 
TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Please give yourself extra time when traveling through the PSPS impacted areas of San Leandro due to the power outages. Expect delays at the following intersections due to traffic signal outages:
East 14th Street and Durant Avenue
East 14th Street and Farrelly Drive
East 14th Street and Broadmoor Boulevard
East 14th Street and Davis Street/Callan Avenue
East 14th Street and Estudillo Avenue
Davis Street and Dan Neimi Way
As a reminder, please remember to treat a non-working traffic signal-controlled intersection as if it were controlled by 4 way stop signs. All vehicles must come to a complete stop, then proceed through the intersection with caution, when it is safe to do so.
