A tree has come down on St. Paul Ave. 
A tree has come down on St. Paul Ave. off of Green St. St. Paul will be temporarily blocked as crews remove the tree.
This should only affect those that live on St. Paul Ave for a short period of time and/or rescue-fire personnel if the need arises.
