We have increased on-call Police staffing levels and we are working with the Alameda County Fire Department and PG&E on any updates that affect our residents,” said Mayor Pauline Russo Cutter. “Our public Wi-Fi continues to service City parks, many City buildings and the downtown area for those needing to access the internet or make a phone call using Wi-Fi. Although natural gas and local water service should continue to be available, the East Bay Municipal Utility District has advised the public to conserve water so as not to strain resources. We will continue to provide the latest updates.”
