Wilmington Police arrest two men and a juvenile on drug dealing charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested two men and a juvenile on drug dealing charges.
On September 27 three subjects – a 17-year-old male, 29-year-old James Garnett of Chester and 22-year-old K-Von Harris – were observed by members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division in the 400 block of Delamore Place engaged in a drug transaction. All three subjects were taken into custody without incident. Police seized 5.7 grams of crack cocaine, 1 Endocet pill and $2,354 in currency.
The 17-year-old male was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $10,000 secured bail.
Garnett was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $2,600 secured bail.
Harris was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $10,000 secured bail.
