Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On September 18, members of the Safe Streets Task Force executed a search warrant in the 400 block of West 29th Street. Police took 28-year-old Joshua Bailey into custody without incident, and officers recovered 74.3 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and $10,492 in currency.
Bailey was charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
