Stabbing Under Investigation

SUSPECT: In Custody
VICTIM: 54-Year-Old Milpitas Resident
On October 8, 2019, at 3:30 PM, Milpitas officers responded to the 100 block of N. Temple Dr. on the report of a stabbing that had just occurred. Arriving officers found the victim with at least one stab wound and performed life saving measures. A suspect has been placed under arrest and there is no current threat to public safety. The victim was transported to a local hospital for his injuries.
This investigation is still on-going and more details will be released later.
