Acting Middlesex County Prosecutor Christopher Kuberiet to Hold Information Session on Extreme Risk Protection Orders 
Acting Middlesex County Prosecutor Christopher Kuberiet is inviting the public to attend an information session to explain New Jersey’s new law called Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO’s). This statute provides procedures through which family or household members or law enforcement may apply for an Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) against a person who poses a danger of causing body injury to self or others by possessing a firearm.
