* At 1103 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in the past hour, with another inch possible.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Birmingham, Bessemer, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Hueytown, Gardendale, Irondale, Fairfield, Fultondale, Sumiton, Dallas, Pleasant Grove, Tarrant, Midfield, Adamsville, Warrior, Brighton, Kimberly, Lipscomb and Graysville.
