...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING... .Persistent easterly winds and high astronomical tides will prolong the threat of minor coastal flooding through early Sunday morning from the barrier islands of Baffin Bay to Port O'Connor and along bay shores from Baffin Bay to Matagorda Bay. Tide levels are forecast to reach or exceed 2 feet MSL during high tide which could cause 1 foot of inundation. Minor coastal flooding may continue through Monday following a cold front with stronger northeast winds.

* COASTAL FLOODING...Minor coastal flooding in low areas along bay shores during the times of astronomical high tide.

* TIMING...Coastal flooding during high tide through early Sunday morning. High tide at Bob Hall Pier is 1143 PM Friday and 1251 AM Sunday. High tide at Port O'Connor is 448 AM Saturday and 529 AM Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Poor driving conditions are expected as water reaches the dunes. Some beach access roads may become impassable.
