On October 2, 2019, at approximately 3:30 PM Simi Valley Police Officers responded to 1855 E. Cochran St. for a report of a bomb threat. The employees and customers were instructed to evacuate and SVPD Officers cordoned off the area. A credit union employee indicated that a male delivery driver in an unmarked shipping truck delivered a package to the building.
