Deputy's response to suspicious vehicle turns up woman with pills 
Deputy Robert Watson of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Jacqueline Robinson, 59, address listed as Hicks Chapel Church Road in Marion, with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of a Schedule V controlled substance.
Watson responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle at 11:37 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7 on Hicks Chapel Church Road.
He spotted the moped, with Robinson driving, and a subsequent search of the vehicle and suspect turned up six various pills.
