Once a year we close local roads and help Marietta High School and the Marietta City School administration host their Homecoming Parade. The parade is planned for this Friday afternoon. The parade will end in front of Northcutt stadium on Polk Street. The parade route will reopen afterwards, but the streets surrounding the stadium (Polk, Winn, Cleburne) will remain closed until the end of the game.
We will post reminders about this later in the week. Please make a note on your caledars now and help us by planning your routes away from the parade. We HOPE you will also consider joining us to watch the parade and your nationally ranked MHS Blue Devils as they host Edgewater High School! The parade is set to begin at 5:00 PM and the game will kick-off at 7:30 PM.

Dobbs Street to Cherokee Street, Cherokee Street Southbound into and arround the square, then Church Street Northbound to Polk. Polk Street Westbound to the stadium.
