Over this past weekend the mother of two victims reported that on 9-24-19 and 9-27-19 an unknown actor questioned her 16 year old daughters asking them for their names and offering them rides home in his truck. Both incidents occurred in the 300 block of Witherspoon Street, the first at 4:30pm and the second at 5:00pm.

The victims were both able to specifically describe the actor as a Hispanic male, 35-40 yoa, with short black hair, a black moustache, dark complexion with a slightly heavy build. The victims both specifically stated that they identified the suspect as having a Mexican accent. The actor's vehicle was described as a black, newer model, full size extended cab pick-up truck, unknown make and model.
