Evansville woman arrested for possession of a controlled substance. 
On September 26, 2019, at 11:51 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a drive off from Casey’s General Store in Fort Branch. Upon putting out a Be On the Look Out for the vehicle a White 1992 Chrysler Town and Country headed Southbound on US 41 Deputy Jennifer Loesch located the vehicle on US 41 near County Road 1200 South. At that point Deputy Loesch conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as 39 year old Gina Robb of Evansville. During a roadside investigation Deputy Loesch located illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. At that point Ms. Robb was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. Upon reaching the jail Ms. Robb was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia. She has since posted a $650 bond.
A passenger in the vehicle returned to Casey’s and paid the unpaid gas bill.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
