ROAD CLOSURE: North Williams Street, Whitehall 
ROAD CLOSURE NOTIFICATION: The NYS Canal Corporation, Village of Whitehall officials and the Washington County, NY - Department of Public Safety today said North Williams Street between Mountain Street and the Power Plant Access Road in the Village of Whitehall will be CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC until further notice to allow for repairs to a retaining wall along the Champlain Canal.
The closure takes effect this evening beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27. Temporary detours will run from US Route 4 (Poultney Street) to County Route 9A to County Route 9 (North Williams Street).
