The East Chicago City Hall Parking Lot will undergo construction starting September 30th. A new sewer system, concrete curb/ gutter, and new asphalt will be installed. The parking lot will be closed while under construction until November 8th. City staff and personnel will park in the 4444 Railroad parking lot until construction is finished. Individuals coming to City Hall for business will be allowed to park in the Heritage Hall parking lot. See the second page for an alternative walking route. We appreciate your patience.
