The Manchester Police Department would like to advise the motoring public of four events this Saturday and Sunday, October 19-20 that will cause traffic delays and congestion.

The Howl-O-Ween 5K that will begin at the Northeast Delta Dental Stadium
Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 8:30 AM.

ROUTE:
Race starts at NEDD Stadium, west on the River walk across S. Main St to the area of the Westside Arena where it will turn around. The race will cross back over S. Main St on the Foot trail back to NEDD Stadium.

The Noah's Ark "Running Wild" 5K which will start at Noahs Ark Child Care Center.

ROUTE: Race starts at Noah’s Ark Child Care/south on E. Industrial on the east side of the street (coned) to Island Pond/east on Island Pond (on the sidewalk) to Sibley Terr/north on Sibley Terr to Cedar Hill/south on Cedar Hill to Isl and Pond/west on Island Pond (on the sidewalk)to E. Industrial/ north on E. Industrial Dr (within the cones) to Pepsi Rd/ north on east on Pepsi Rd to Holt Ave/ west on Holt Ave to E. Industrial/south on E. Industrial back to Noah’s Ark

Missy's Hope 5K Road Race at Crystal Lake in Manchester

The event is the Missy's Hope 5K that will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at Crystal Lake on Bodwell Rd at 10:00 AM. The road race, which is in memory of Melissa Charboneau, will require restricting east bound traffic on Bodwell Rd, west bound traffic on Corning Rd, and north bound traffic on Mammoth Rd from Corning Rd to Bodwell Rd.

Hallo-Wiener Hustle that will begin at McGarvey's Pub
Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM

This is a 4-person Team Relay Race: Runners will depart McGarvey's head N on Elm St. E on Blodgett St S on Chestnut St. W in the alley north of Lowell St. Runners will enter secondary front entrance of McGarveys and the next runner from the team will depart from the main entrance in the front of the tavern and head north on Elm St and complete course.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk
Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 11:00 AM.

ROUTE: -Start in right field entrance/exit to Delta Dental Stadium. Leave stadium via right field entance/exit heading North on Line Dr. Right onto S Commercial St to Granite St. Right onto Granite St to Canal St. Right onto Canal St to W Auburn St. Left onto Elm St to Granite St. Left onto Granite St to S Commercial St. Left onto S Commercial St to Line Dr. Follow Line Dr to right field entrance/exit to the stadium. 

Motorists are urged to use caution around all events as there will be several road closures and runners/walkers in the roadway.
