Rohnert Park personnel are out in the area of Camino Colegio and Southwest Bl and surrounding neighborhoods looking for Melanie Woods, 10/07/1946. Melanie who wandered away from her house on foot within the last hour suffers from dementia and may not know where she lives. She may be wearing an ID bracelet. A picture is attached. She may have been wearing a red sweater or white blouse and slacks. If you locate Melanie, please call RPDPS at 707/584-2612.
