The Santa Maria Police Department is requesting public assistance in locating a missing juvenile at risk. This missing juvenile is Refugio Martinez, DOB: 1/27/07 ( Age12). Martinez is considered (at risk) due to his age, however, voluntarily left the area on foot. He is described as a Hispanic male 5' 02", 119 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Martinez was last seen on 9/18/19, at approximately 3:58 PM in the area of 2125 Centerpointe, Santa Maria, CA. Martinez was wearing a black baseball cap, a white t-shirt and gray pants. The attached photo is approx. two years old.
