John Dominicci, 31 years old, resident of Adelanto
VICTIM: 1-year-old female
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, August 19, 2019, Detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Specialized Investigation Division, Crimes Against Children Detail, investigated allegations of child neglect. The victim was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center by ambulance and admitted for severe malnourishment and dehydration. Investigators determined the victim resided with her parents John Dominicci and Monica Vasquez. Vasquez and Dominicci were arrested on Saturday, September 14, 2019, by the Victor Valley Multi Enforcement Team (MET). They were booked at the Central Detention Center for Felony Child abuse.
