* Through Thursday evening

* 1 to 4 inches of rainfall in far West Central Louisiana with isolated higher amounts with isolated higher amounts.

* Heavy rainfall in a short period of time may overwhelm drainage systems causing flooding of streets and low lying areas.

* AFFECTED AREAS: VERNON
