4th Precinct Community Service Officer Porter Attends South 20th Street Community Meeting 
4th Precinct Community Service Officer A. Porter attended the South 20th Street/19th Avenue Community Meeting held this weekend. Organizers, Carol Cruichshamk and Charmaine La Fortune requested a brief overview of the Newark Police Division's Block Watch Program.
Officer Porter also taught young people how to play chess at West Side High School's Lights On Program.
