PCH lane closures between Heathercliff & Bonsall - M-F, Sep 16-20, 6AM-4PM 
Caltrans contractors will be working Monday through Friday, September 16-20, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, to repair a collapsed storm drain pipe on PCH, between Heathercliff Rd and Bonsall Dr.
- No. 2 southbound lane on PCH will be closed Monday through Wednesday, September 16-18, 6AM-4PM
- No. 2 northbound lane will be closed on Thursday and Friday, September 19-20.
Motorists should allow extra time for delays through the work area.
