Around 4:00 PM, FPD began recieving calls from residents around the water treatment plant (Briggs Ranch) reporting low water pressure in their homes. The city's water department has informed us the reason for the low pressure is a broken pipe. While crews are working on a solution, they have created a bypass. The repair could take up to four hours. Water pressure will continue to increase as time goes on. Thank you for your patience.
