Yesterday 09/13/19, at around 1 pm, Lisa Hoover left her residence on Juana Avenue and has not returned. She is considered a dependent adult with special needs She was reported missing several hours later. We have exhausted all of our traditional investigative methods for locating her. We are now seeking public assistance. She was described as 40 years old, 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 145 lbs. She has brown hair and green eyes. She was wearing a white shirt, black pants with sandals.
Please familiarize yourselves with the attached photo and help us locate and return her home safely.
