WZW guests, parking restrictions go into effect on Wash. Ave, Minn Ave, 600 Elm & some side streets over night. 
Please WoZhaWa safely tonight. And remember, the police will be posting restricitions over night so we can host a fantastic parade tomorrow. The restricted areas include Washington Ave. from Oak St to Bowman Park and the side streets as well. There will also be some parking restrictions along one side of Minnesota Ave. since that will be the detour route during the parade. The 600 block of Elm in front of the library will also be closed so we can present a post-parade show there.
