On Monday, September 16th at the Mayorand Council meeting, we will discuss the new municipal building as part of the overall meeting agenda. Please come and learn where we are in this process. The governing body will discuss project scope, updated plans and the best way(s) to move forward. lf you're interested in this topic, it would be a good meeting to attend.

On September 5th, The Governing Body's Facilities Committee met to review a comprehensive cost value analysis focused on project scope and options, reviewed a recent site visit to a modular constructed building by members of the committee and listened to a presentation by our architect Anthony lovino about the proposed building and surrounding site.

lf this is a topic of interest to you, we hope you will attend the meeting and ask questions and/or offer comments on the project, during the public portions. lf you're unable to attend the meeting, you can always watch the video, either live or on demand after the meeting has concluded.

Please note that the Mayor will be scheduling a special Town Hall meeting in October to review the updated plans and financial information. As soon as the date and location have been finalized, that information will also be communicated. It would be great to have a good turnout on Monday, September 16th at 7:30 pm. the meeting will be held in the basement of the Leonia Public Library.
