Flooding on Lake Cook Road between Waukegan and Skokie Blvd. traffic being diverted through Northbrook Court Mall.
Dundee and Lee Rd. is closed. Residents on Rosemary Ln., Waters Edge Ln., Fairway Ln. and Lee road should not attempt to drive through the water to get to Dundee Rd.
