Sheriff's Office and Bluffton Police Department personnel suspended search efforts for Carlos Rosa-Mendez and he remains at large.  Rosa-Mendez is wanted for two counts of Breaking into a Motor Vehicle, 2 counts of Looting Under State Emergency and 2 counts of Petit Larceny looking into and entering vehicles on September 3, 2019 in Woodlake Villas--during the hurricane evacuation last week.

Carlos Rosa-Mendez is about 19 years old and described as between 5' 6" to  5' 7" in height, about 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen today wearing blue jeans, a red shirt -which he may have removed- and black sneakers.
