Scheduled TEST ONLY-The Castle Rock Dam rapidly rising water level sirens will be tested on 9/23/19 at 10AM. 
The Wisconsin River Power Company will be testing their sirens near Castle Rock Dam on Monday, September 23, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. In the event the test cannot be performed on September 23rd, an alternate date of Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., has been selected. These alerts warn residents of rapidly rising water levels. The sirens will sound for several minutes with a high/low series of tones. The sirens are centrally located in Quincy Quiet Acres and the area of Elk Street and 19th Street near the Wisconsin River. Please be advised this is only a test.
