Construction Site Burglary Suspects Arrested

During the months of August and September 2019, a series of construction site burglaries occurred throughout the City of Manhattan Beach. Through video surveillance, Manhattan Beach Detectives were able to identify two male suspects and their truck.
On September 7, 2019, the suspects were arrested by the Manhattan Beach Police Department after committing another construction site burglary. The suspects are identified as Carlos Alfredo Rauda of Inglewood and Javier Campos of Los Angeles. The suspect truck was painted blue but the suspects recently changed the color to grey.
