Wilmington Police arrest two men on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested two men on drug charges.
On August 28 at approximately 12:08 p.m., two men – 44-year-old Tyran Davis and 55-year-old Albert Brown – were observed by members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division in the 300 block of West 7th Street engaged in a drug transaction.
As police approached, Brown fled on foot and hid in a rear yard where he was taken into custody. He has been charged with resisting arrest, was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
Davis was taken into custody without incident, and has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.
Davis was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was given $10,000 unsecured bail.
