Starting 9/9 to 9/13 from 9a-2:30P lift tests will be performed on the Oceanic bridge between Middletown and Rumson. Expect delays. 
The Monmouth County Bridge Division will be performing routine maintenance and test lifts to the Oceanic bridge between the hours of 9:00AM to 2:30PM Monday thru Friday. the bridge will open more than usual and remain open form 10-15 minutes. Motorists should expect delays and seek alternate routes.
