Grand Avenue residents should be advised that by close of business Friday, September 6th the roadway will be reopened for the weekend and made passable for the entire length.  Any residents on Grand Avenue wishing to participate in the town-wide yard sale should do so.  Some excavating equipment will be staged on Grand Avenue near Route 57 but all other areas will be unobstructed to traffic and parking for the duration of the weekend.  Beginning at 6:00 a.m. Monday September 9th, the parking ban will be reinstated for the duration of the project.
