Due to work being done at the Nina Simone Plaza on South Trade Street, travelers will experience traffic delays on Wednesday September 4th from approximately 8AM until 1PM. The area affected will be between Pacolet Streeet and New Market Road. Flaggers will be in the area and drivers are urged to use caution while in the area.
