Douglas Adams made #9 on Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted August 29, 2018 when he kicked in the door of a woman he was involved with and began viciously punching and kicking her in front of her children.  Douglas then pointed a gun at the woman and her children threatening to kill them all.

On the night of August 25, 2019, Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Fugitive Squad tracked Douglas Adams to a location on Jonesboro Rd where they spotted him sitting on a porch.  As they approached, Adams took flight on foot but was quickly tackled and taken into custody.   Clayton County Police and Lake City Police was there to assist and their presence was appreciated because it cut off any other avenues of escape for Adams.

Adams is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known as “The Hill-ton”.
