Flood Advisory until 11:45AM 
The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a
* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for... Rockwall County in north central Texas... Northwestern Kaufman County in north central Texas... Eastern Dallas County in north central Texas...
* Until 1145 AM CDT.
* At 939 AM CDT, Doppler radar and rain gauges indicated thunderstorms continued to produce heavy rainfall acrossthe area. Automated rain gauges in the area have already reported one to two inches of rain . Excessive runoff from these thunderstorms will cause minor flooding. Areas that are low lying or usually experience poor drainage are most likely to experience flooding. This means some low water crossings may become impassable.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, Rowlett, Wylie, Rockwall, Balch Springs, Sachse, Terrell, Seagoville, Forney, Kaufman, Hutchins, Royse City, Heath, Fate, Sunnyvale, Wilmer and Crandall. An additional inch of rainfall is expected over the area. This additional rain will cause minor flooding.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KAUFMAN, TX ... ROCKWALL, TX ... DALLAS, TX

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
