Evansville woman arrested for trespassing.

On August 29, 2019, at 11:33 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 report of a disturbance on Lincoln Street in Somerville, Indiana. While enroute to the scene Communications Officers informed responding officers that there was an active protective order in place between the caller and the suspect. 54 year old Kelly Berry of Evansville. Before officers could arrive the caller advised that Ms. Berry had left in a Gray Ford Escape. Deputy Robb observed a vehicle matching that description and registered to Ms. Berry near the intersection of State Road 168 and State Road 57. Upon conducting a traffic stop Deputy Robb identified Ms. Berry as the driver and conducted a roadside investigation. At the conclusion of her investigation Deputy Robb placed Ms. Berry into custody and transported her to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Ms. Berry was charged with Trespassing. She has since posted a $650 bond.
