Reminder: Today Sat. 8/31 is the Last Day to Purchase Your Dog License- Avoid $60 Penalty! 
The Duarte Public Safety Office would like to remind you that the last day to purchase your dog license for 2019-2020 is this Saturday, August 31st.
All dogs over the age of 4 months are required to be licensed. A rabies vaccination certificate, which is valid for the entire licensing period (June 30th, 2020) , and a certificate of sterility (if applicable) are required to license your pet.
License fees are $25 for spayed and neutered pets, or $60 for unaltered pets. Licenses are due annually on July 1st. Seniors over the age of 65 are entitled to one free license per household for a spayed or neutered dog.
Licenses may be purchased at the Public Safety Office (Cash, Check or Credit Card) until Saturday August 31st 7:30 am to 4:00 pm - Licenses purchased after August 31st are subject to a $60.00 penalty.
