Patch and Pave Scheduled for Locations on U.S. 41 and SR 66 in Gibson, Vanderburgh, Warrick and Spencer Counties
UNDATED – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces patching and paving projects in multiple locations in Vanderburgh, Gibson, Warrick and Spencer Counties.
Beginning on or around Friday, Sept. 6, contractors will begin pavement patching and resurfacing operations in several areas along the U.S. 41 and State Road 66 Corridors. The following locations will be affected by the project:
• U.S. 41 in Gibson County from I-64 to the junction of S.R. 168
• U.S. 41 in Vanderburgh County from the interchange at I-69 to S.R. 62 (Lloyd Expressway)
• S.R. 66 in Warrick and Spencer Counties from the junction of S.R. 61 to the Junction of U.S. 231 (Newburgh to Rockport)
During this operation, one lane of traffic will be open in all directions with workers present from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The project is expected to last until the beginning of November depending upon weather conditions. INDOT urges drivers to slow down and stay alert near crews.
