Synopsis: A 50 year old white male witnessed a black adult female beating an 8 year old child with a belt in the parking lot of the apartment complex at 300 47th St. The adult female was later identified as 24 year old, Tantrina Spencer-Simmons. The juvenile was identified as the female's sister. The 50 year old victim confronted the female suspect about the beating. The female placed the juvenile into a white Mitsubishi SUV. The female then got into the driver's seat. The male victim called the police about the initial incident and was standing in the parking lot near the vehicle. The female then rapidly accelerated and intentionally ran over the male victim. The female did not stop after running over the male. The female fled the scene Eastbound through the parking lot and then Southbound on 47th St. The male victim sustained severe and life threatening injuries. The male was transported to an area hospital by paramedics. The male is currently in critical condition. The female has not been apprehended. The female is said to be living in her vehicle. She is described as a Black female, tall with heavy build, wearing a purple shirt and black pants. The vehicle has a California license plate, 7PHA773.
