Community: IMPD Hit and Run Detectives seek public assistance locating a hit and run vehicle.
COMMUNITY MESSAGE:
IMPD Hit and Run Detectives are attempting to locate a White 2010-2014 Mitsubishi Lancers Sedan that struck a motorcycle and killed the driver 31-year-old Paul Barlow of Indianapolis while travelling westbound on English Avenue at the intersection with North Emerson Avenue on August 24, 2019 just after 8:30 p.m. The white Lancer was last seen travelling away from the crash west bound on English Avenue. The vehicle will have damage below the door on the drivers side.
The vehicle pictured with this release is not the actual suspect vehicle.
