Traffic stop leads to arrest of Hazleton man. 
On August 25, 2019, at 3:05 a.m. 31 year old Joshua Ingle of Hazelton was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Main and Illinois Street in Princeton. Upon approaching the vehicle Mr. Ingle admitted to having consumed alcohol. At that point Deputy Loren Barchett conducted a roadside DUI investigation. At the conclusion of his investigation Mr. Ingle was placed into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Ingle was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior (Refusal.)
Assisting Deputy Barchett in his investigation was Princeton Officer Chelsea Jones and Deputy Bryce Jutzi.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
