SUSPECT: Ruben Flores III, 30-years-old from Indio

On Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at approximately 2:32 p.m., Deputy Jacob Foyil from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department was conducting a routine traffic stop in the area of Church St. and Ramona Ave. As Deputy Foyil made contact with the driver, the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed.
